Why are Barcelona cannabis clubs members only?
Barcelona cannabis social clubs are private, member-only associations for adults. They are not public retail shops or Amsterdam-style coffeeshops. Visitors should request an invitation first, then complete membership registration at the club with valid identification.

Who can join a cannabis club?
Club membership is open to foreigners as well as Spanish citizens, but every visitor must bring valid government-issued identification.
18+
Under Spanish law, anyone who is 18 years of age or older is legally permitted to consume cannabis in private spaces.
21+

What does annual membership include?
After approval and registration at the club, annual membership may provide up to 12 months of access to the private members-only space.
